| Name, Address, email, phone number, Social Security Number, Personal Description used to conduct and verify the required background investigation for Miami Dade College. Why do you need phone number? Why do you need email address? | |
| Step 2 | Signed Release |
| This informs the individual of the scope of the background check and authorizes the Background Check to be performed on behalf of Miami Dade College. | |
| Step 3 | Confirmation |
| Please carefully review and confirm the information submitted is correct. This information will be verified and used to conduct the background investigation. Error or omissions could result in an additional charge to properly conduct the background accurately. | |
| Step 4 | Payment |
| Full and proper payment is required to complete the background process. You will pay for the entire package online and be provided with a receipt. A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you for your convenience. | |
